These are being built by the Morabeza Hotel. which has an established position in the centre of town on the beach front. The flats will be inland from the hotel and so do not have a sea view. But owners will be entitled to use all the facilities of the hotel. In the Morabeza Apartments plan, there are just 46 one and two bedroom units priced from 100,000 to 124,000, with fitted kitchens. Unusually service charges are disclosed at from 700 to 1,000 a year.

Owners can use the Hotel Morabeza pool, restaurant and beach loungers. There does not seem to be any agreement on offer for the hotel to let the apartments to its own guests, but possibly this can be negotiated privately. The Hotel is well managed and one can expect that the grounds and facilities of the complex wil be managed in the same efficient way as the hotel , itself.
